By clicking on link in email have to navigate to R/3 system to release the PR

Hi,

When creating PR ( ME51n) sending email  with link to user ( external email ) for releasing the purchase requisition.

Once the user clicks on the link in email, its should navigate to ME54n transaction in SAP to release the PR.

I would like to know how to achieve this..from business workflow when getting workitem if we click then it will navigate to ME54n but how to achieve the same by clicking on link in the email?
