Hi,

I would look at the last 50 lines or so prior to the Key Code Validation to see what the routing is and look for errors or warnings.

Are you running this install from a local drive or a network share/mapped drive?

Things you could try:

1. Copy the installation files to a local drive (not network) and use a short path such as \BI40Edge
2. Right click on the setup and run as administrator

Otherwise I need to see the log.
